Please sign up by NOON on February 25th.  You MUST plan on shopping either February 26th or 28th to pick up items. We will not tell you if you won or not as that is a lot of emails, etc. If you are not in town or do not plan to be shopping, then do NOT sign up. Any items not picked up by Monday shopping will be put back into the drawing for the next drawing. We do not save items unless we forget your items or we miss it on our end. 

If you sign up and skip shopping or don't let us know, you will not be able to enter into the next drawing.

Shopping Sign up for Sat 2/18 and Mon 2/20

 Saturday Feb 12th and Monday February 14th SIGN UPS

NOTE: All new members need to have a meeting or phone call with Patty before a family can shop. 

Before any one brings friends, they need to have a phone orientation at minimum. 

Please note this is the sign up for both Saturday and Monday. 

-- Remember that you need to arrive 10 minutes prior to your sign up time to check in and wash/sanitize

-- Remember that you are not allowed to just show up to shop or volunteer. 

-- If the spots are full, please contact Patty on Saturdays and Alicia on Mondays. (phone numbers are on the blog web version).

Non Food Special Distribution - 2/19

Please sign up for a time slot for each household that signed up. Each household will be given a sheet of what they signed up for and what is the max allowable to take. There are 5 minute increments and this should work well. 

Please have patience with us as this isn't our normal distribution but we are going to do our best.

Clothing and Non Food Interest form - MUST SIGN UP as INTERESTED

Philomath received over 1300 items today and we need to redistribute them ASAP. We are going to be hosting a "shop" session on Saturday (time to still be announced). Shopping will be done on a separate sign up from the food shopping but at the same location. This sign up will come out on Friday with the Food Sign up. 

NOW: we need everyone who is interested to sign up as per your interest so we can figure out how many each household can take home. If you don't sign up I can't count you in for the totals. 

Monday folks who sign up NEED to shop on Saturday as this is a 1 time shop day. We will do our best to be open extra to get everyone through.

We are still working on the best way to work the shopping on Saturday. We may contact each family, or do a random sorter by family and go in that order. We will figure the next step once we know how many are interested in coming to the "Special" shopping.
