These earrings came in from a donor with the specific request to auction them. We accepted the donation and the auction is below. Checks or cash will be accepted for payment.
This link below is the current bidding that with real time updates. You can see the number of bids and the total that the item is at now. Bidding is to be done by a 9pm on Friday July 14th and must be done in $1.00 increments only.

Volunteer Opportunities Week 7/12/23 - 7/19/23
Membership household can only sign up for 2 desk volunteer (Check in/out) slots per month.
As always, if you make any changes after 9pm the prior evening, you MUST text Patty (DO NOT EMAIL WHEN YOU CANCEL as we do not check email as often) (Tues - Sun volunteer shifts) or Alicia (Monday shifts) so we can get the spot filled.

Remember, you can get 3 alternative hours per month (Child care for another gleaner so they can
volunteer, bring in bottles to return for deposit 1/2 hour for each kitchen size bag, or volunteer in the garden.
NEW MEMBERS: There is a sign in and sign out sheet at the desk where we check out. You are responsible for writing down your
hours on the sheet so that we can enter them in our data system. Please note that we don't keep track and we can't tell you how many
hours you have mid month. The best advice I have it to send yourself a text or email to track your own hours. And, make sure to
write it down on the volunteer sheet.

We will not tell you if you won or not as that is a lot of emails, etc. If you are not in town or do not plan to be shopping, then do NOT sign up. Any items not picked up by Monday shopping will be put back into the drawing for the next drawing. We do not save items unless we forget your items or we miss it on our end.

NEW MEMBER NOTE: When we get high dollar items we set them aside and do a drawing so all members have an opportunity to get an item. Once we close the entry, the names are put into a random draw program online to pick the winners. Please make sure you intend on shopping. Any items not picked up will be put in the next drawing. Also, we do not let people know if you won or not, as that it a lot of calls/messages to make.

Philomath Membership Cap
Hello Members,
We wanted to let you know that we have hit our Membership CAP as of Saturday. Our current cap is 520, increased this from 480 members about 2 months ago. We currently have 521 members in our group. We have started a waiting list at the site.
This doesn't change anything for our current members. We just would like the membership to be aware.
