Current Leadership Status
Current Distribution Status – We want to continue Saturday & Monday distribution but will need more members to volunteer.
What we need to succeed:
Everyone working together
Fulfilling their requirements for being an active gleaner household
More members with Serv Safe certification or an Oregon Food Handlers card
Revision of the Policies & Procedures
Formation of a Leadership Team with multiple active members sharing leadership for tasks
An understanding of PCS Gleaners as a program of Philomath Community Services
Monthly members meetings to stabilize our program
