IMPORTANT - MUST READ - SHOPPING CHANGES...2 WEEK TRIAL ONLY

To more effectively serve the Philomath Community Gleaners program, and based on the Member survey that was made available in Jan/Feb, the Gleaners program is proposing changing distribution for a two-week period for the following days and times: 

DATES: 

Friday -- June 26th  -- 4-6pm

Monday -- June 29th -- 12-2pm

Friday -- July 3rd -- 4-6 pm

Monday -- July 6th -- 12 - 2pm

*This is a trial only to see how the group likes these distribution times and days. Adoptee deliveries will remain unchanged for this trial. Adoptees that pick up need to pick up on these trail distribution dates. Sign ups online will still be required. Households with no sign up will wait until the end of the distribution to see what product is available. 

PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDARS, THERE WILL BE NO DISTRIBUTION SATURDAY JUNE 27TH AND JULY 4TH. 

At the end of these 4 trial dates, we will hold a member vote in the form of a survey through the Philomath Community Gleaners blog to see if the group would like to go back to our old distribution days or would prefer to stay with the changed shopping days of Monday and Friday permanently. 

Volunteer Hours!

Have you been volunteering and forgetting to write down your hours? We are trying out a new form for you to be able to enter your volunteer hours from home. Any hours written down on the form at the site will be recorded but if you are delivering to those at home or forget to write your hours in, please please enter them here! 

Please take the time to write in any hours you have done since May 1st.

Special Distribution for Thursday the 11th. 1:00-3:00 pm. YOU MUST SIGN up by 10:00am on the 11th via the form (linked below) to be included in this distribution. If you miss the sign up period, you can come at 2:45 and see what is left.
