Drawing - back on
Drawing - Back on
After some thought and consideration, it has been suggested that we go back to doing our drawings online but with a change or 2. The biggest thought it that it would not be the most fair as who gets first pick and tracking which alphabet goes first weekly etc.
Change: We will still limit the amount of items that you can enter for.
We will let you know how many items we have on hand.
We will limit the number wins per drawing to 1 item.
We would like to get this going ASAP, If you can vote by Wednesday at 5pm, we will put up a drawing by Thursday evening for a draw on Friday and pickup Sat/Mon.

Idea & Vote on Special Items process
Drawing - special items proposal
Patty and Alicia discussed the drawing and how some folks win a few items and some win none. There are some pros and cons to it.
Cons: folks don't show up to get items, it takes a lot of time to take photos, upload photos, do the drawing, and then sort winning items. Sometimes, we forget to give items and then they sit for another week taking up precious space.
Pros: It seems like a fair way to do things.
IDEA:
With all of this in mind, we have an idea that possibly we have ONE (1) special rack that is a pick ONE (1) item from. So, instead of a drawing when we have items, we would have a rack that is a pick 1. If you shop, you pick items. We can save items until we have a good amount as we do with the drawings as well. Please vote for your approval of this new process (or not).
Please VOTE by Sunday evening (July 11th) at 5pm.
