Holiday Meat Sign up 

Sign up by Friday December 3rd. 

We will do our best to get everyone what they want. This is just for the meat.

 NOTE: All new members need to have a meeting or phone call with Patty before a family can shop. Before any one brings friends, they need to have a phone orientation at minimum. 

Please note this is the sign up for both Saturday and Monday. 

-- Remember that you need to arrive 10 minutes prior to your sign up time to check in and wash/sanitize

-- Remember that you are not allowed to just show up to shop or volunteer.

Target Truck Unload Helpers

Target - We need help on Tuesday with the Target donation. We added another Pickup as well at 5pm so please sign up if you can help. 

REMEMBER - It is close to the end of the month and you will need to have your 4 hours in for volunteering!

DRAWING - Quick turnaround - sign up by 8pm TOMORROW

Drawing - Ends at 8pm SUNDAY 

Please sign up by NOON on November 21th.  You MUST plan on shopping either November 22nd or 27th to pick up items. We will not tell you if you won or not as that is a lot of emails, etc. If you are not in town or do not plan to be shopping, then do NOT sign up. Any items not picked up by Saturday shopping will be put back into the drawing for the next drawing. We do not save items unless we forget your items or we miss it on our end. 

If you sign up and skip shopping or don't let us know, you will not be able to enter into the next drawing. 

You can enter for 3 items. We will limit winners to 1 item per drawing. Please tell us your 1st, 2nd, & 3rd choices.

This will help so if you end up winning for more than one item, we will pick the #1 item and free up the #2 for another member to win.
