1.5.6 No shows
Any member who signs up for a volunteer shift and does not call / show up with at least 4 hours' notice will result in an automatic warning. Please refer to policy 1.5.4 that explains the warning policy and ramifications.
Any member signs up to shop and does not show up to shop will be required to sign up for a cleanup shift the next time they wish to shop. Failure to show up 3 or more times in a year without notice to the person in charge for the day will result in a warning. Subsequent no shows will be a warning for each offense. Please refer to policy 1.5.4 that explains the warning policy and ramifications.
This policy is for all volunteers, those who sign up and those who have a weekly commitment.
