1.4.4 Returning Member 90-day Probationary Period
All returning members must complete a new application and must have a meeting with at least two members of the elected board. The returning member will be placed on a strict 90-day probationary period. If the member commits any offense that is spelled out in the Policy and Procedure manual, the member will be automatically terminated from Philomath Community Gleaners.
We have updated the document also that the Qualifications of being a member in good standing is now referred to as Policy A.
Policy A: General Membership Rules. The following change in wording was updated:
Volunteers must have prior approval with a member of the elected board for any outside hours, otherwise these hours will not count. All volunteers must sign up to volunteer unless they have prior approval by a member of the elected board. Hours will not count without approval. There are no drop-in hours available.
