Policy 28: Returning Cans. Each member is required to put their name on the bags they are providing for donation. We will notify the member if their donation does not fit the bottle drop criteria. This includes wine bottles, jars, and any container that does not have a label on it that says it is recyclable container that is returnable for Oregon deposit. The first time it happens the member will receive a warning, the second time the member will not be able to return cans or bottles for hours, for a period of 6 months.
