Friday Am lead that would be willing to alternate weeks with Chelsea once she is back.
Rider for Friday pickups (2nd and 4th weeks)
Saturday leads: We have produce leads in training however we need to have consistent people to be leads during distribution on Saturdays.

I am going to put it bluntly. We need people to step up and help. Linda and I cannot continue to physically be out on the distribution floor and do administrative work. We are burning out quickly. If you want to help, we need the physical help. I am still working on getting admin stuff squared away from it being all over the place and I am not going to hand it off to just anyone. There are a handful of people that will have admin stuff to do but if I have not talked to you about the possibility of it, PLEASE DO NOT come to me and tell me that you can do paperwork.
If you ask Linda or me, last Friday was a failure. We had call outs for help; the ones that did show up are the ones who consistently show up. We had people call out last minute and just not show up. We are on our way to cutting distribution down to one day if we cannot have people step up and do what they say they are going to do. For every call out, for every missed shift or every missed shop, that creates more work for Linda and myself.
