Volunteer rules for the Benton County Fair

Hello Members, 

Many of you have signed up for the fair. After some discussion and working with the fair contract, we have some things to share that we understand may change you signups. This is our first year with this fundraiser, so we are learning right along with you. 

1. Volunteer must be 14 and over to volunteer. 
2. No children under 14 will be allowed to tag along. This is not coming from the gleaners but from the rules and also a liability standpoint. 

If you need to make changes to your volunteer times, please do so as soon as you can so we know where we need to fill in gaps. We need to have the spots filled no later than Midnight July 19th.
