This is for anyone who doesn't want to write hours down at the site, whom forgot to write hours down, or those who struggle tracking their own hours to make sure they get the 8 hours in. By using the online form below, once you enter your data, it will autofill our form and also send you an email that you did the data entry. You can track your own hours by keeping the emails that you submit.
While I do prefer that most everyone use the paper sign in / sign out at the site, there are a few folks who struggle to remember when they volunteered, so this is for you.
Possibly you are a person who does deliveries, helps out an adoptee, etc .. and forgot to write it down. Please use this form and help me out at the end of the month from having to text you to get your time in or from getting a letter from Alicia and Patty.
This is also great for those who are doing childcare at home and are not at the site to write the hours in.
Also great for if you plain forgot to sign in and out. This form is live now. I will say that if you use this, I will NEED you to enter your monthly hours by the last day of the month. We have a huge list of reports that are required monthly and we have due dates to turn our reports in. These Volunteer Hours are part of it.
If you had multiple family members volunteer at the same time, please do a separate entry per person per shift.
