We currently use sign up genius to do our sign up and that seems to work really well. We have been having issues with the emailing out to everyone as we have been blocked (they think we are spam) from Verizon and Tmobile so Alicia has to sit and personally text everyone who uses those providers at this time.
We signed up for a 7 day free trial and in that trial includes a texting option to receive sign up via text. This would do emails from Sign up Genious instead of the gleaners.secretary@philomathcommunityservices.org email. This extra service does cost money, but Alicia thinks this would be worth the cost and would like for us to test it out before Tuesdays Monthly meeting.
If you have an email already in the signupgenious system, then you are already included, and should get an invitation to opt - in for texts soon.

Once I get some folks opted in, I will do a test run for a Tuesday Target helping unload. The test will not have a link to a website (not allowed), but you should bookmark the blog on your phones so you can go check the blog at that time.
