PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS!
For new members: We save up some of the donated items and hold a drawing for them. Sometimes this multiple times per month and sometimes not much at all. It all depends upon what is donated to the program.
Sign up by 3pm on June 10th. You MUST plan on shopping either June 11 or 13th to pick up items. We will not tell you if you won or not as that is a lot of emails, etc. If you are not in town or do not plan to be shopping, then do NOT sign up. Any items not picked up by Monday shopping will be put back into the drawing for the next drawing. We do not save items unless we forget your items or we miss it on our end.
If you sign up and skip shopping or don't let us know, you will not be able to enter into the next drawing.
You can enter for 3 items. Please tell us your 1st, 2nd, 3rd choices.
Example:
First Last Name - 1
First Last Name - 2
First Last Name - 3
YOU MUST ENTER YOUR NAME - First and Last name as we have many members who have the same first name. If you put YES, I don't know who you are.
This will help so if you end up winning for more than one item, we will pick the #1 item and free up the #2 for another member to win - depending upon how many folks enter for each item. If a family wins on 3 items...we will take the 3rd item and see whom else has entered for that item. If that item has no other folks wanting it, the item will go to the winner. If the item has other winners, we will put the item back in the pot and draw from the members left whom entered.
