Whomever donated new packages of underwear that our group received from Target to the ARC was in clear violation with PCG rules.
This incident is enough for our program to no longer receive donated goods from Target again. This action has also the ability to stop any program of LBFS from receiving Target.
At no point in time can any of our items that a member receives be donated; items must be returned to gleaners if a member cannot use the item.
