Weekly Volunteer Opportunities this coming week.
Last week of the month to get your volunteer hours in.
YOU MUST SIGN UP to volunteer, please do not just show up!
Please ask the person in charge on distribution days if you can come help with cleanup and what time. Sometimes if we have to add or take away slots, the time of cleanup can change.

Please DO NOT ask if you got your hours in. Alicia has been inputting hours into a google form that sends an email confirmation to each family. Everyone should be getting confirmations of hours put in. We should be up to date until 9/23 for data entry into the system. YOU are required to add them up on your own and make sure YOU are getting your hours in. Suggestion: Make an email folder and keep them in there for easy viewing.
If you put your own volunteer hours in the google form, you should get the same email. There is a QR code at the site if you want to enter your own hours so it is done right away(see the checkout desk). Otherwise, you will need to wait for Alicia to do the data entry.
