Volunteer HOURS PRORGRAM coming soon! Maybe even tomorrow.
I (Alicia) created a google doc so that induvial can record their hours and get an email receipt to their inbox. Alicia will no longer need to answer questions of how many hours someone has put in for the month. Each family can keep track and keep your confirmation emails and add them up on your own.
-You will have to enter each person from your family separately.
-You can do this at the site, or you can use the link that we will share. (Who knows, I may even create a QR code for it)
Please use 1/4 hour increments ONLY
15 minutes = .25 hours
30 minutes = .50 hours
45 minutes = .75 hours
Please note your volunteer time is ONLY the time volunteering, not your time shopping, gabbing with friends, or traveling (exception is if this is a glean and you leave from PCS).
Alicia and Patty will have access to audit this file. Anyone who would still prefer to use the paper copy is more than welcome.
--this is a trial period to see if this works-- We will give it a shot for a month or 2 and if it is a fail, then we will go back to paper.
