Volunteer sheet (online version)
Membership Volunteer Hours form. You can put your email in to get a confirmation that you have done your hours. This should alleviate anyone from asking if they have their hours in.
Please enter your information for each day you volunteer. Please also do each person separately.
Please use 1/4 hour increments ONLY
15 minutes = .25 hours
30 minutes = .50 hours
45 minutes = .75 hours
Please note your volunteer time is ONLY the time volunteering, not your time shopping or traveling (exception is if this is a glean and you leave from PCS).
Alicia will enter the gleans separately and send email confirmations. You can use this to do your time online (hopefully after you volunteer). Paper copy is still at the site for members to use. Please ONLY DO ONE of them, not both!
